New Zealand has always been my target due to its proximity to Asia. Anyone who is currently nomading there? Which visa did you get? How long have you been there in NZ? What are the DN hotspots there? What's the best thing about being a DN there? So excited but I do need to make plans as early as now so I'm sorry for all the questions. Many thanks in advance!

I rarely hear NZ being a good destination for digital nomads but if you really desire to work there in NZ, best to stick to Auckland to ensure a good Internet connection and the presence of co-working spaces.

I won't say no to New Zealand either! Wellington is quite a popular digital nomad hotspot in NZ. Hopefully we'd be able to get some other inputs with regards to other NZ locations in this thread.

For future reference, Christchurch has had a surge of incredible coworking spaces in the last 2 years. Argo is by the beach, Exchange Christchurch (XCHC) is an arts warehouse/cafe and is FREE, ministry of awesome (MOA) helps early stage entrepreneurs.. and many more
