We offer accommodations for the the travelling professional in the area Poblo Sec, which is a safe area with a lot restaurants, tapasbars, etc. not far from the center.

The accommodations are not for traditional tourists and we have a 1 month minimum stay. Living together with other location independent professionals and digital nomads, for at least a month, enables you to foster meaningful connections with other inspirational people.

I recommend you look a bit east of Barcelona, up the coast. Those small beach towns in Catalonia are so peaceful, the Airbnbs are cheap and big, and there is a fast train that goes up and down the coast that allows you into Barcelona quickly.

I stayed in Pineda de Mar and loved it. The internet was fast.

Whoops, this is an old post. Well, it's not like it's an outdated question.
